A survey of over 1,000 CEOs worldwide conducted by IBM in 2008 shows that the number one way for their organizations to manage change is through investing in people skills training.
“Hungry for change: Seventy-nine percent of Life Sciences CEOs anticipate significant change over the next three years. People Skills top the list of change drivers across the entire sample, but talent concerns are far more intense among Life Sciences CEOs (63 percent versus 48 percent).
